Center, with the help of Pino has gained an international experience.<br>While Pino, from an empirical practitioner with the support of Tocci, has turned into a real truffle hunter and also a great breeder of truffle dogs.<br>Passion, practicality and science lead to competence.<br>These two characters represent the scientific part of the academy that increasingly wants to unite, study,
