From Russia with love: the Marches are aiming to revive tourism and look to the Russian market

Sixty Russian tour operators have in fact appreciated in these days the artistic, environmental and of course food and wine beauties of the Marche region.
A regional tourism project that sees the use of all the energies of hospitality and welcome, up to the point of thinking of a direct flight from Ancona to Moscow, capable of attracting wealthy international tourism.

The Marche charm of an intact and multifaceted territory has emerged in all its character. In fact, the Russian operators were able to easily verify the possibility of being able to pass in 50 minutes by car from a sunny beach in Civitanova Marche to the high peaks of the Sarnano Mountains, where it is possible to ski in winter.

As master, food and wine has fully played its role and in particular His Majesty the truffle has amazed favorably in its combination with the fish of the Adriatic.
A dinner that combined fish and truffles was held in the large rooms of the restaurant alla Lanterna di Metaurilia.
In particular, the narrated combination of the sea bass steak with black truffle fondue from Acqualagna and potato with truffle cooked under the ashes and the classic Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi method was liked.

And while waiting for the arrival of prized truffles in autumn, much attention is being paid to the customization of gourmet tour packages, which can really restart the tourist season in the Marche.
